Meet Kimberly

Therapy that recognizes your strengths.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Elk Grove. My approach is collaborative and focuses on helping clients identify strengths and use those strengths to make positive changes.

I am trained in Functional Family Therapy. I often meet with the entire family, helping create behavioral and emotional changes within the family system rather than focusing on just one individual. I am also trained in play therapy and use a variety of interventions to help children process difficult experiences and develop coping skills.
